This change allows us to better match your usage, provide clearer value, and offer flexible options for every type of creator from occasional designers to daily professionals.

This makes the system fairer, more scalable, and easier to control, especially for users who previously underused their subscription.

🎓 Education Plan
Students and educators with a valid academic email can enjoy the Starter Plan for just $10/month.

Note: Education plan is non-transferable and for academic use only.

Each feature uses a specific number of credits depending on the complexity of the task.
Sample Credit Consumption
Most users spend 5–20 credits per session, depending on their workflow.
You can top up credits at any time.
What This Means for You
🔹 Pay-as-you-go Users
(Starting September 23, 2025)
If you currently have leftover credits:
- We’ll triple your remaining credits to help you transition smoothly
- You can continue using Spacely AI until your credits run out
- After that, you’ll need to subscribe to at least the Starter Plan to continue
🔹 Monthly Subscribers
(Active After Oct 23, 2025)
Good news — you’re automatically moved to our new Studio Plan:
- 640 credits/month starting your next billing cycle
- Your loyalty price is locked as long as you stay subscribed
- If you cancel and rejoin later, pricing reverts to $45/month
- You can top up anytime
- Change activates on your billing renew date after October 23, 2025

🔄 Credit Rollover Policy
- Any unused credits (monthly or top-up) will roll over for 1 month
- After that, they’ll reset
- Example: Unused credits from September will still be available until the end of your October billing date
🚩 What Happens If You Unsubscribe or Delete Your Account
If You Unsubscribe:
- Your plan remains active until your billing cycle ends
- All unused credits (monthly + top-up) will expire after that
If You Delete Your Account:
- You can do this in your profile settings
- You’ll be guided through a cancellation process before deletion
- After deletion:
- All credits and account data will be permanently erased
- We cannot recover your files, projects, or render history

How can I check my credit usage?
You can view your credit balance and history in your credit page.
Can I pause my plan?
Not yet — but we’re working on adding this feature soon.
What happens if I run out of credits mid-month?
You can top up anytime. Top-up bundles are available with discounts based on your plan.
Is there a difference between subscription and top-up credits?
No — all credits are treated equally. They follow the same usage and rollover policy.
